3 Day Retreat with Jeddah Mali
'How to Maintain a State of Effortless Grace'
"Never before in the history of mankind has there been an opportunity such as the one we face now - to consciously unite humanity with awareness.
What will it take?
Perspective, tolerance, respect, kindness, commitment, fairness, compassion, caring, patience, understanding, courage, trust, integrity, clarity, humility, steadiness, conviction, inner strength, wisdom, love, and generosity.
In short, all the qualities of awareness that we already possess! They all seamlessly unite within awareness and give rise to harmony, benevolence, and grace. We do not even have to create them, they are available, ready-made, and in abundance. What is more, these qualities cannot be eradicated. They are eternal, and they will surface again and again if we allow them. They are the qualities that keep us buoyant in tough times. They are the qualities that make life enjoyable, satisfying, and purposeful.
This is a time of accelerated change and transformation and we now need to learn new lessons to meet the coming challenges. We will have to take responsibility for our thoughts, beliefs, and intentions. This will free us up from continual highs and lows and enable us to move into a state of balance. We will express both the humility and confidence of one who knows the Truth. This will enable us to see the generosity of awareness in all things, and as we give to others, we will know that we in turn are loved, supported, and blessed." Jeddah Mali
Spend three days with Jeddah at this fantastic event
At this 3 day retreat Jeddah will help you to explore the fabric of existence. In doing so, you will be able to move into a more expansive view of life, and to shift your entire paradigm to a new experience of being. You will learn how to change your moment to moment experience. You will notice long-term improvements to your perception, self-knowledge, thinking and behaviour.
Each day will be divided into sections for presentations, meditations, discussion and question time. Previous experience has shown that participants find the retreat content revealing, compelling and fascinating.

The Institute of Noetic Sciences, founded in 1973 by Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research, education, and membership organization whose mission is supporting individual and collective transformation through consciousness research, educational outreach, and engaging a global learning community in the realization of our human potential. "Noetic" comes from the Greek word nous, which means "intuitive mind" or "inner knowing." IONS conducts, sponsors, and collaborates on leading-edge research into the potentials and powers of consciousness, exploring phenomena that do not necessarily fit conventional scientific models while maintaining a commitment to scientific rigor. The Institute's primary program areas are consciousness and healing, extended human capacities, and emerging worldviews.
About the Earthrise Retreat Center
In addition to IONS' pioneering work in the area of human consciousness research, its campus offers facilities for workshops and retreats. EarthRise is a beautiful, semi-rural retreat center for multi-day group retreats providing sleeping accommodations for up to one hundred and twenty people in a mix of single, double, and couple rooming options. IONS purchased the Petaluma property in 2000, which included lodging and dining facilities. EarthRise at IONS is a conscious living center that provides a gathering place to explore ancient wisdom traditions, supports experiential learning, and engages in modern scientific inquiry. EarthRise at IONS has become a place where psychologists, educators, leaders, philosophers, frontier scientists, and spiritual masters conduct their work. We support intrapersonal and interpersonal consciousness work in a gorgeous natural setting.
At EarthRise - where cutting-edge scientific research is studied and conducted - guests can commune with the land and experience ecological awareness and transformational programs and practices that foster self-reflection and personal growth. The campus is a place where we integrate theory and practice, science and spirituality, as well as renewal and retreat. EarthRise at IONS is located just 35 minutes north of San Francisco. It is easily accessible from the East Bay and North Bay, as well as from San Francisco, making it one of Northern California's premier retreat sites.
Connection with the land is fostered through hiking trails on our 194 acres of rolling hills, a beautiful natural oak glade used for outdoor meeting space and group ceremony, as well as through a sweat lodge, and a fire circle. A beautiful meditative labyrinth made of river stones lies high on the hill overlooking the valley below.
