Spend three days with Jeddah at this fantastic event
At this 3 day retreat Jeddah will help you to explore the fabric of existence. In doing so, you will be able to move into a more expansive view of life, and to shift your entire paradigm to a new experience of being. You will learn how to change your moment to moment experience. You will notice long-term improvements to your perception, self-knowledge, thinking and behaviour.
Each day will be divided into sections for presentations, meditations, discussion and question time. Previous experience has shown that participants find the retreat content revealing, compelling and fascinating.
There will be a selection of yoga and/or qi gong, and breathing exercises at various times during the retreat, there will also be time to explore the retreat campus and surrounding area.

Schedule and Accommodation
The welcoming presentation will take place on Monday May 14th after supper. Please arrive on Monday between 3pm and 5pm to check-in and explore the retreat campus.
The "dorms" have seven bedrooms and three common bathrooms. There are also two contemporary chalets, each of which has eleven bedrooms and four common bathrooms. Bedrooms are set up as either single occupancy or double occupancy with twin beds, and specified rooms accommodate couples with full-size beds. All single rooms have now been reserved.

Transportation to and from SFO and the Retreat Center
There is a shuttle service from San Francisco airport to the retreat center which takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you have booked your tuition (see below) we will let you know how to reserve a seat in one of the shuttles so that you can share the journey with other retreat participants. We will also arrange shuttles to take participants back to San Francisco at the end of the retreat.
Extra Nights
There are a few shared rooms available on Sunday May 13th at the retreat center. If you would like to book for the 13th, please send us an email and we'll help you to pay for an extra night.
If you need accommodation for Thursday May 17th, we recommend that you stay at the Sheraton Sonoma Hotel. Or you can take the shuttle back into San Francisco on Thursday afternoon (3.15pm) and stay in the city. We recommend The Westin San Francisco Airport, and you should receive a discount if you book using this link: click here.

(Monday supper to Thursday lunch inclusive)
Shared room (two persons or a couple): USD$1300 per person

About the Earthrise Retreat Center
