Q: I'm interested in the retreats you offer and would like to know where they are held and when?
A:We are planning to host a retreat in Spring 2009 in Minneapolis and we are currently looking into hosting more retreats around the U.S. and in the U.K. Please keep reading the newsletters for updates.
Q: When is the next Online Course (Telecourse)?
A: We ran the first Telecourse in March this year (2008) for 20 weeks. The same course is due to be repeated in 2009. Please keep reading the newsletters for updates.
Q: How do I download your old newsletters?

Q: I was wondering if the Changing the Paradigm Series Volume 1 CDs cover material that is beyond the subjects covered in the Telecourse. Would these CDs expand or augment my connection with the Sea of Awareness?
A: The CD series will cover less material than the Pathway course. It is designed in a 3 volume series of which this release is volume 1. So it will cover the basics of the Pathway course but the enhanced meditations will be in volumes 2 and 3. Overall they will probably cover similar material. We felt it was important to offer the two avenues because some people prefer the live contact of the course and the group energy, and some prefer something they can study at their leisure which the CDs provide.
Q: Regarding your mentoring program... Does your teaching teach one to be their real self? Can someone taking your mentoring program become self realized? Cross through the veil? Or whatever terms you may use?
A: The teachings certainly do assist one to be their real self, that is the self that they always have been and always will be, that of awareness itself. It is also possible for someone to become self-realised. This is when we are continually aware of our being as awareness without doubt ever interrupting the flow of conscious awareness.
Q: I am just wondering if it is possible to start with a 1-2 hour session before entering a 3 or 6 month mentoring program? And if this is possible how much would it cost?
A: Before participants join the mentoring programme, they have a detailed conversation with me whereby I address any questions, outline the approach to the work we will be doing and give a brief overview of what we will cover. During this call potential participants usually have a good idea of whether the programme will suit them or not. If you would like to book a telephone conversation with me, please let me know and I will send you my available times. This conversation is free. As my time is very limited, please be fairly sure that you would like to go ahead before booking the call.
Q: I would love to know more about meditation and your teachings and what it can do for me.
A: All my teachings are designed to introduce practitioners to the explanation and experience of existence. Once we understand this model, we can apply that understanding to our internal and external environment. We learn how to move into a state of Conscious Awareness, what the nature of that Awareness is and how it extends into every area of life. We learn how to recognize its presence in all phenomena, especially our moment to moment human experience. The mentoring programme and the CDs lead practitioners step by step through a series of inner experiences. These demonstrate to us the immediacy and accessibility of continuous conscious presence, which is our true nature. Many people report profound and lasting shifts in their conscious understanding. The only requirements are willingness and openness. The rest will follow of its own accord.
Q: I'm finding difficulty in keeping "the station tuned in". I require support and advancement. I would be most grateful for your advice as to the program.
A: The programme will help you to stay tuned, as you say, to the station where you experience continuous expansion and peace. It is designed to show people the mechanism by which we all exist and how to work in harmony with that mechanism. Many people are using their own being against themselves and this is of course self-defeating. Seeds of Enlightenment is the first of 3 volumes explaining the workings of existence. As such, you can work with any issue. You will notice a lightening of heavy or contracted sensations - known as problems to most. Trust your intuition as to whether it is right for you.
Q: I would like to know more about the mentoring programme.
A: The mentoring programme is conducted over 3 or 6 months. The 3 month programme is $3,900 in total ($1,300 a month for 3 months). The 6 month programme is $7,200 total ($1,200 a month for 6 months). I provide an individual programme, fine-tuning and integrating your spiritual faculties. I use moment to moment experience as my laboratory so, in that sense, anyone can do it. Willingness, acceptance and an open heart are the only criteria to allow it to happen.
Q: Can you give me some more information about the CD programme? How does it differ to the mentoring programme?
A: The CD programme will certainly provide benefit. It is designed to cover the basic curriculum of the mentoring programme, however, the CDs do not give participants the individually tailored sessions or the ability to ask questions as they go along. So it depends how much guidance you want /need as to which approach is right for you.
