TRAIN JOURNEYS BETWEEN LONDON AND FINDHORN - JUNE 2011
Last update: 31st March 2011
Given that the places are being booked up so quickly for the train journeys, it is important that bookings are made soon.
Please book for the times listed below to travel with other people in the group.
There are two options from London to Forres (day or night) and one option for the return journey (during the day).
We have found that the best company to use for daytime and overnight sleeper bookings is Scotrail.
Website: www.scotrail.co.uk Telephone: 0845 7550033
Some people have also been able to book with East Coast: www.eastcoast.co.uk Telephone: 08457 225 010
Please book your tickets from Kings Cross to Forres (and vice versa)
(Forres is the nearest train station to Findhorn which is in the northern part of Scotland)
Return tickets: if you are booking individually please book your return ticket at the same time, this can be done in the same transaction.

Try to book in pairs so that you know who you will be sharing a cabin with (two beds per cabin). Prices are currently GBP 110 per person.
The sleeper train departs from London Euston which is one tube journey from Kings Cross. So if you have booked your ticket from Kings Cross you can take a 5 minute tube journey to Euston.
Kings Cross and Euston station are a few minutes away from each other in the north of London. They both have a train station and tube station.
The day time train journeys are a different train route and go to or from Kings Cross.
