Affiliation: to bring a person or group into a close relationship with another, usually larger, group. To create a relationship or connection.Community: a neighbourhood with common interests. Involving a sense of kinship, cooperation and unity.
Consciousness: the state of being awake and aware of what is going on around you (and I would add responding to this awareness with love and wisdom).
It is the policy of this business to donate 10% of the annual income to organisations that represent these aims, either locally or globally. There are thousands of worthy organisations out there. I have chosen the following organisations because in addition to instilling the principles of affiliation and community, they have demonstrated another vital quality. They are living examples of how the world can look if we bring consciousness to our activity here on Earth.

Kitezh is a network of therapeutic communities that give children from orphanages loving foster families. The aim is to create a developing environment for the education and care of orphans and children in crisis. The first Kitezh village is in Kaluga Region, 300km south west of Moscow, and the second village, Kitezh-Orion, is located 60 Km in the same direction. Family love, beautiful surroundings and an emphasis on individualized education all help children to heal the scars of early traumas, and build the personal,academic and vocational skills to become active contributing members of society.
