I have nothing but high praise for my experience with the Group Mentoring Programme I recently participated in. Having others share in the mentoring brought a whole other dimension to the process. Their experiences shed light on aspects of your own experience that you otherwise might not have explored. Everyone really engaged, and by the end of the sessions we not only had made steps forward, but had a heart-felt connection with one another. Jeddah's gift for teaching meditations is beautiful and really quite remarkable. On the surface it might appear to some to be basics. It wonderfully was. As you repeated the meditations throughout the week, the deceptively simple had the ability to uncover layer upon layer and get to the 'heart' of the matter. I'm sure as we listen to the replays down the road our practice will deepen further. The wisdom and guidance she brought to each one of our weekly reviews brought forth clarity. Her sense of humor is a delight, and the loving respect she shows towards all encourages you to 'show up' with a willingness to fully take the risk of change.

I'm not sure it's possible to express how grateful I feel to Jeddah for allowing me to become conscious of who I really am and the truly wondrous experience of that journey. I had hoped for more contentment, peace and joy in my life and she has shown me a treasure chest of gifts I would not have dreamed possible three months ago. The amazing thing is that I had those gifts all along and saw them through very different eyes. I have only had the courage to glimpse a few of those treasures so far but love the idea of the alchemy. I sincerely believed these things were meant for others but not for me. Please pass onto Jeddah a huge hug, and thank-you. For anyone on a spiritual path I would highly recommend Jeddah! The way she teaches is warm, jovial, and yet so clear to understand. Jeddah has taught me to trust, to allow and be willing. The power of her meditations is still ongoing.
