Live Session: Every Saturday morning, at 9:00 am Central Time, you will dial into a special telephone number. Jeddah will speak for up to 15 minutes, and then she will guide you through that day’s teaching meditation for the rest of the hour.

Recording of the Session: Every Saturday evening we will send you a link so that you can download a copy of Saturday’s meditation. Jeddah recommends that you listen to it at least two times between sessions.
