Pricing Policy

*Fees are charged, as stated on the Programmes page of our website, www.jeddahmali.com, in equal one month increments until full payment has been made. Client is responsible for entire programme cost, even if they choose to leave the programme prior to its conclusion.

Refund Policy

We go to lengths to ascertain that the programme you have chosen is right for you before you pay for any services. We conduct interviews over two separate sessions and give you detailed information personally about the programme before accepting a client. During this time you have a generous opportunity to change your mind. Only after two interviews and the express commitment of the client, do we charge for the programme*. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. All enrolments are final.

Delivery Policy

We provide high quality mentoring packages. As such, there is no tangible 'product' to deliver. We provide our clients with weekly contact by way of 2 hr live internet/phone sessions plus unlimited email contact in blocks of 3, 6 and 12 months. These are charged, as stated on the Programme page of our website, www.jeddahmali.com, in one month increments until full payment has been made.

Outline of Working Agreements

  1. Mentoring Programme to Holiday time ratio
    • 3 months – 1 week
    • 6 months – 2 weeks
    • 12 months – 4 weeks
    Booked 4 weeks in advance
  2. Missed Sessions
    1. Due to Mentor (up to 2, 4 or 8 times depending on programme length) – not charged and added on to end of programme.
    2. Due to Client (up to 2, 4 or 8 times depending on programme length) – charged or rescheduled with 1 week's notice.

Privacy Policy

Jeddah Mali is committed to protecting your privacy. It is the policy of Jeddah Mali not to sell or share your name or information with any individual or organisation. All information gathered on this site is confidential. The information you provide will be used to arrange the Jeddah Mali Mentoring or Retreat package that you select and any administration connected with your purchase.

When you register for any of our services you will provide us with contact details for yourself and verification details such as date of birth.
