Testimonials from Jeddah's Retreats
"The wonderful thing about Jeddah's teachings is that they are designed to be experienced, and not just thought about. In the spiritual seeker community, many of us have read countless sacred texts, and have taken course upon course in an attempt to find Truth. Jeddah explains exactly how it works, takes your hand and supports you patiently while you have a real experience of your true nature."

"Her love for all of us is obvious, and she wants everyone to know the beauty that is in each of us. She explained the basics of her teachings so clearly that I was able to put the pieces together. I also met the most wonderful people that share a similar interest in learning the truth. We bonded in the most beautiful way, in unconditional love, sharing wonderful experiences together. I thank Jeddah and everyone at Learning Strategies for the most wonderful experience of my life. For anyone not sure if they should experience any of Jeddah's teachings, in any form, all I can say is, follow your heart and if you really are ready for change, then this is your time and this is your teacher.."

"As we looked around the Retreat room, we noticed so many smiling faces. It seemed a little goofy and absurd at first. Then we realized how accustomed we've become to seeing humans otherwise ... not open, not trusting, feeling disconnected, unloved, and unlovable. If enough people attend these retreats, and feel the true beauty and magnificence of their beings, soon the whole world will be harmonious, peaceful, and full of joy"

"Jeddah Mali presents a very direct path to Truth-realization. Her teachings are incisive and pierce the veil of ignorance that is between us and the Truth that is ever-present. Her teaching approach appeals to the intellect while simultaneously rendering the learning into personal experience in meditation. This combination is potent and unique. I was blown away in my first encounter with her work through the Pathway to Enlightenment weekly meditations, and knew that I HAD to experience her presence in person. I came to her first annual retreat in Minneapolis with an open heart and open mind, and returned with greater confidence, acceptance and trust than ever before. "I am That" is no longer an intellectual supposition anymore for me, as Jeddah enabled me to experience this in meditation. Despite the fact that there were many participants in the Retreat, Jeddah shared some personal moments with me to help me understand those very specific things that I was stumbling on. I'm very grateful for her loving presence and drive to help others awaken. I've shed enormous burdens, dropped many useless and limiting beliefs, experienced profound shifts in meditation, and emerged with greater confidence and serenity about my path to Truth-realization. Jeddah is that dynamite combination of a Truth-realized being, a householder like most of us, an inspired teacher, a witty and fun-loving person, a loving and caring presence with the drive and zeal to help us awaken, all packed into a compact frame of joy and bliss! What a blessing it has been to listen, learn, meet and be in her presence!"

"If you haven't experienced yourself as divine love yet, that means all the work you've done up to this point has been preparatory. Jeddah is the one you've been looking for. She will help you begin actually dismantling the metaphysical machinery seemingly holding your consciousness in place. As it begins to shudder, you get a glimpse of the power, depth and breadth of the love that you are. If you give yourself honestly and earnestly to her guidance, she will lead you to an experience of the stunning majesty and beauty of your being. Do whatever you have to do to attend at least one of her retreats. Just being touched by it once is enough to change you forever. It may be subtle, but you'll know undoubtedly that you have changed. You'll know then that no matter how long or difficult the road may become, you'll stay true to yourself. For you'll know that you are worth it."

"Jeddah is the cream of the cream! I have never experienced anyone like her and I have been looking for 50 years! This is the first spiritual Retreat I've attended whereby I didn't come away with some underlying fear, or waiting for the other shoe to fall, or something was going to shatter me later. She is so unique. I love the way she teaches and supports her attendees, but she is not a guru or one who needs to control another person. She is such a blessing!"

"I attended the weekend retreat at Stillheart, which ended yesterday. I would like to thank Jeddah most sincerely. My heart is full. The last exercise and meditation on my optimal self has remained intact since that moment. The most gentle, fun, profound holistic sensation of being is my predominant experience. I was able to help a lifelong friend who has cancer, reflect on her expansive, light filled being and contrast the fear filled contracted sensations she has in response to her health challenges. This was done amidst love, laughter and fun. I am enthused to explore more with the Global Coherence Initiative and the Global Care Room and utilize the ever expanding, grace filled light of which I am a part."

"I have been a seeker of truth for a long time. Through that journey I have shed many filters that were covering my true Self. However, it was not until this combined 2 day workshop and 3 day retreat with Jeddah at Stillheart that I was able to put down my heavy bags and say, "I'm home, my searching is at an end, and my remembering is opening before me." Being with Jeddah touched me on so many levels: my overactive mind relaxed because it knew it was experiencing truth, my heart expanded in love as old fears dissolved, my eternal self, always there, ever unchanging, was cheering as my consciousness opened to it's unending gifts. My experience at the Stillheart retreat was a glimpse of living a truth realized life. Now that I am once again ensconced in my life at home, it is a challenge to remember in each moment who I really am, as old beliefs come up from the depths of my unconscious for yet another go round. However, even one transformative glimpse changes everything because now I am certain of the truth and only need to apply it. As Jeddah taught us, the truth of existence must be applied for transformation to be more than fleeting. And so I make a commitment to apply this knowledge, to remember to remember, and even to use my instances of forgetting as reminders to remember once again. How do I express my gratitude for what I have experienced with Jeddah? I will hold up the light of consciousness for those I meet as Jeddah holds that bright light of her being up for all of us. In that way, I say thank you to Jeddah, and thank you to all the great masters that light our path. "

"Due to Jeddah's teachings it has become so apparent to me that I only see a tiny fragment of what really exists. I've been like a fish in a tiny fish-tank believing those glass walls to be the end of things. Now that I've a glimpsed beyond those walls, I want to go there... "
