About Seeds of Enlightenment
The Seeds of Enlightenment meditations are designed to help you realize that you are the true master of your life. You will learn how to achieve and maintain continuous conscious awareness. In the same way that water always finds its way to the ocean, the default setting of your being is hardwired to find your way back home. It is designed into the fabric of who you are. It is the fundamental quest of life.
I will help you understand the natural laws that govern your existence. You will discover that enlightenment is a state of being. Not only that but it is the state of being that you have been all along. Discovering this allows us to live in harmony with the universal laws that govern existence, leading to greater inner peace, joy, and love in each moment.
You will develop skill in the following areas:
- Meditation - the medium through which most internal discoveries are made. Considered absolutely vital for anyone who is serious about operating at an advanced level of awareness.
- Mind Control - the ability to still the mind and allow higher faculties more space to operate. The ability to select one's thoughts for their usefulness in assisting us to progress.
- Single focus - the mind as a tool. Sharpening awareness. Enhancing concentration.
- Visualisation - the picture nature of the mind. Incorporating techniques that enhance results.
- Energy Awareness - the foundation principle of all life. Being able to sense and interpret energy in order to know the inherent properties. Being able to direct energy opens up infinite possibilities for self-advancement.
- Perception - being able to decipher thought patterns that assist or hinder you.
- Intention - being able to direct the creation process.
- Correcting Imbalance - a crucial skill in navigating along any path. Being able to diagnose situations that are out of balance and take remedial action. This skill is the gateway to mastery within any situation.
- Developing a relationship that fosters greater levels of love, abundance, gratitude, understanding, wisdom and compassion towards self and others
